Some highlights from my experience:

​

  • Developing, implementing, and facilitating a monthly onboarding program for new hires across five lines of business,  including technical support, implementation, professional services, and customer success, decreasing overall time-to-productivity by 66%.

  • Creating and curating onboarding and product training paths consisting of 75+ hours of blended learning and 40 e-learning courses and activities, increasing employee product knowledge and preparedness.

  • Delivering daily interactive virtual instructor-led sessions to 100+ participants across 23 new hire cohorts including leading group discussions and role-play to complement asynchronous learning and increase overall skill application.

  • Consulting with leadership, frontline managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to streamline onboarding processes and implement 360 feedback, decreasing turnover and increasing employee satisfaction month-over-month.
